The Swift Hand is a faction designed for The Electrum Archive as part of the first TEA Game Jam. This one-page supplement includes lore, five stat blocks, eight spell names, and four new equipment items ready for use in The Electrum Archive. Will you beat the Swift Hand to the punch, or will you come out a few drops dry of an ink vial?
